Description

“For anyone looking to be armed with the truth about guns, I highly recommend that you add this book to your arsenal.” Ted Cruz

Gun-rights advocate John Lott, author of More Guns, Less Crime, rebuts recent antigun “factoids” with real statistics.

When it comes to the gun control debate, there are two kinds of data: data that’s accurate, and data that left-wing billionaires, politicians, and media want you to believe is accurate. In The War on Guns, economist and gun-rights advocate John Lott turns a skeptical eye to well-funded antigun studies and stories that perpetuate false statistics to frighten Americans into giving up their guns.

Praise

“For anyone looking to be armed with the truth about guns, I highly recommend that you add this book to your arsenal.” Ted Cruz

“The reader will find well-documented all the data, statistics, practical, legal, and moral arguments one will ever need to support the natural right to self-defense.” Hon. Andrew P. Napolitano, Fox News senior judicial analyst

“Lott deals with a wide variety of claims that question the value of firearms for self-defense, providing the analysis and facts the public needs to see through the distortions of gun control advocates. This is a valuable guide to a more balanced understanding of the issue.” Joyce Lee Malcolm, Patrick Henry Professor of Constitutional Law, George Mason University
